What is PlantomX™ RC?
PlantomX™ RC is an ELVIS+ELVIN proprietary dual-biotechnology complex combining Rosa damascena callus extracellular vesicles with Camellia-derived plant PDRN, declared in the ingredient composition as Sodium DNA. The active materials are supplied in an aqueous carrier containing butylene glycol and 1,2-hexanediol. It is designed to condition stressed-looking skin and support visible smoothness, vitality and resilience.
What is the plant PDRN in PlantomX™ RC?
The PDRN component is derived from Camellia and appears under the cosmetic ingredient name Sodium DNA. PDRN describes a purified mixture of DNA fragments; in this technology, the material is plant derived and intended for topical cosmetic use. It does not alter the user’s DNA or function as a DNA-repair enzyme.
How are rose callus extracellular vesicles different from rose extract?
A conventional rose extract contains soluble compounds obtained from plant material. PlantomX™ RC instead uses membrane-bound extracellular vesicles produced by cultured Rosa damascena callus cells, giving the complex a distinct plant-biotechnology fraction. The vesicles are plant derived and are not human exosomes.
