SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Undeliverable packages, including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery, will be returned to Elvis and Elvin assessed a $15 Non-Delivery fee. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Monday. Orders placed after 2:00 PST will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping: Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 5-7 business days. Please note 1-3 day shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Elvis & Elvin is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
United States Postal Service (USPS) is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS. Be advised that the USPS confirmation number you receive from Elvis and Elvin is only used to verify when a parcel has been delivered, and is not used to track packages en route.
Items that are DOT restricted, including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation. DOT restricted items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or international customers.
