Returns & Exchanges

  1. Contact Customer Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. RECEIVE A FREE PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL IF YOU ARE RETURNING ITEM(S) FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT! (International and Amazon orders do not qualify)
  3. Be sure to include all products being returned (including all gifts with purchase).
  4. Write your Return Authorization (RMA) Number on the outside of the box.

To ensure we receive your package, make sure to get a tracking number for your records. Returns outside of the continental United States. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable. There will be a $15 service charge applied to all refused packages.

All products are only eligible for return if damaged during shipping. If approved, returned will be compensated for the value of the product with a gift card.

*For orders with paid upgraded shipping (2 Day or Overnight), shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were shipped incorrectly by Elvis and Elvin.

To receive authorization for a return, please contact Customer Service. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made. If you wish to inquire about your return please call Customer Service.
