Prime Nourishing Eye Oil is a concentrated water-free treatment for dry, depleted or less supple-looking eye contours. Dipalmitoyl Hydroxyproline and Bakuchiol support the formula's smoothing and renewal story, while Ubiquinone and Astaxanthin provide antioxidant differentiation. Chia Seed Oil and Rosehip Seed Oil round out the six hero actives with essential fatty-acid-rich botanical conditioning. Because the formula is anhydrous, it is best positioned as a nourishing sealing step rather than a substitute for a water-based hydrator.
