Infused with 0.4% Capryloyl Salicylic Acid, this cleansing balm offers gentle exfoliation, effectively sloughing off dead skin cells and unclogging pores. It targets blackheads and refines the skin's texture, promoting a smoother and more even complexion.

It took me a while to start using this as I wanted to use up the open cleanser I already was using. I wish I would of started using this sooner, I love it! I'm a sucker for awesome packaging and this packaging is super cool! It comes with the tub of cleansing balm, a plastic scoop and cleansing cloth. The scoop and cloth are in the the bottom of the box, you need to flip the bottom flap up and wahlah, there they are. This cleanser feels really good on my face and makes it so soft. Plus I have VERY dry skin and it moisturizes it very well. I follow the instructions on the box and apply to my face with the little plastic scoop and massage in my skin. I then wet the cleansing cloth and wipe off my makeup and cleanser. I like that the cloth is not super soft as I don't like cloths that are so soft that it feels like its not really cleaning my skin. The cleanser has a nice light citrusy smell I think it's the lemongrass...yum, I love that smell. Overall I am very pleased to have found this and hope that it goes on sale...fingers crossed as it is a little more than I am used to spending on a facial cleanser but I'll use it while I have it!

This is great for taking off makeup. I wear a full face of makeup everyday and this is my go to. I use this balm first, it turns into oil and nearly melts my makeup away. Then I wash.

I have been using this off and in for several months now with pretty good success. It does do a good job of pulling my stubborn eye makeup off. I typically wear 2 coats of mascara and some products have a hard time with it but not this stuff! It doesn't sting my eyes but does make my contacts a bit blurry if I am not careful. It makes my skin feeling hydrated which I appreciate in the winter months. I do not feel greasy afterward. This is a balm, which means you do not get any soap suds. Overall, I have been pleased with this balm.

I love this cleansing balm. I use it most on the days/evenings that I’ve worn more makeup than I typically do. The scent is very clean and pleasant and it completely dissolve all of your makeup. This jar is a great value compared to the other cleaning balms I’ve purchased and not liked as much. This product has definitely made it into my permanent rotation.

This facial cleansing balm comes in a sleek container with a screw off lid. The product also comes with a little scoop to take the product out with and a branded wash cloth. The cloth isn’t super soft, so you could get a good clean with it. While the instructions recommend to use the balm with the wash cloth, I just like to use my hands to rub it onto my skin.The balm is a thick waxy texture. I use the scooper to put a quarter sized amount of it onto my hands. I then rub the balm onto my wet skin, and it begins to break down and dissolve my makeup. The balm itself has a slight purple tint to it and smells like citrus and flowers. I don’t normally like scented products, but this one isn’t too overwhelming. This balm is on the more oily texture side (once it breaks down), compared to the others I’ve tried out. Because of that, my skin is left feeling extremely soft afterwards. It does take a little bit of rubbing to get your makeup to dissolve off with this, but that is to be expected in my opinion.While this balm did do a good job and smells nice, I think there’s other balms at the same price that work just as well and come with more product. However, the wash cloth is a nice edition and if you have dry skin (I have oily), I could see the oilier texture helping your skin a lot during the colder months!

Now, I’ve used a cleansing oil for a very long time and it’s one of my favorite parts of my routine. So when I saw this come up on Vine I knew I had to try it and I don’t regret it at all!!Nothing has cleaned my skin better! I use this in the morning and the nights right before using my regular facial cleanser. It gives your skin the extra cleanse that it needs and it helps to get rid of all the dead skin and dirt that accumulates on your skin throughout the day.Once you have incorporated this into your routine it will be hard to go back! You’ll realize that this whole time your face wasn’t getting the proper cleanse it’s always needed. This is a MUST HAVE in your skincare routine!

This melted the rest of my makeup off, and I personally didn't mind the smell. However, once I started to work on my eye makeup, my eyes started burning. I immediately had to grab my usual eye makeup remover to take off the balm + the rest of my makeup. I rinsed my face and eyes quickly. DO NOT USE FOR EYE MAKEUP.I do like this product, but i felt like there should have been something in the description that stated not to use to remove eye makeup.

There is nothing I didn't like about the Gillian Cosmetics Tsubaki Facial Cleansing Balm with Gardenia Flower Extract. The scent is so fresh and pleasant. The balm melts in your hands quickly and applies easily to your face. It's incredibly soothing and left my face silky smooth, clean, and feeling hydrated. The tub is huge and you only need a minimal amount, so this is a great value!

This is a great product. I'm used to cleansers that lather, so this was a different experience for me. The balm melts into an oil as you massage it into your skin. It does a great job of taking off my make-up, though as others have said, I wouldn't recommend using it on your eye area; the instructions caution against this. I usually remove my eye make-up first, then cleanse the rest of my face with this, and then wipe my whole face with the included muslin cleansing cloth.I find the fragrance to be very pleasant.I wasn't sure if I'd like the muslin wash cloth. I'm used to soft and fluffy cloths, but I actually loved it. I handwash it up quickly after every use, wring it out, give it a couple of snaps in the air, and then just drape it to finish drying. Once a week I wash it with the laundry.I did not get a spatula, so that seems to be inconsistent. Still one of my new favorite facial cleansing products and priced very reasonably at $20.
